Endings
There are three endings to Wonderful Everyday, which are dependent on whether the player decides to romantically pursue Yuki Minakami, Hasaki Mamiya, or neither during "Jabberwocky I." Pursuing Yuki leads to Hill of Sunflowers, pursuing Hasaki leads to Wonderful Everyday, and pursuing neither leads to End Sky II.
Main Endings

Tomosane is released from prison one month after the events of "Jabberwocky II." Kimura, Master, Hasaki, and Tomosane visit the hill of sunflowers in Sawaimura. Tomosane's DID is seemingly cured, as Takuji never reappeared after July 20th. However, Tomosane is still capable of seeing and talking to Yuki, though she is no longer able to control Tomosane's body. Hasaki is also able to see and talk to Yuki for reasons unknown. Though they don't know how much time they have to be with her, the Mamiyas vow to live happily.

A year after the events of "Jabberwocky II," Tomosane is found not guilty at trial. He visits Hasaki and Kotomi in the White Lotus apartments. Kotomi has regained some ability to speak, though she remains largely catatonic. Hasaki tells Tomosane that Kotomi only joined the White Lotus Association in a desperate attempt to save Hiroo's life.
Kimura meets with Tomosane and the two discuss what led so many people to fall in with the End Sky cult. Tomosane goes to Hakushuu and sits down to play the piano.

Yuki awakens on the roof of Building A at Kita High, where she is greeted by Ayana Otonashi. The two question the nature of identity and Ayana offers seven hypotheses as to the truth of the world. The perspective suddenly shifts to Ayana and Yuki disappears. Miu Iwata finds Ayana on the roof and tells her to come down for their graduation ceremony.
Alternate Endings
There are several alternative endings that can be achieved over the course of the story depending on the player's choices.
- "Down the Rabbit Hole I," Kagami End
- "Down the Rabbit Hole I," Tsukasa End
- "It's my own invention," Kimika End
- "Looking-glass Insects," The End of Summer
There are also two epilogues to the story. The first epilogue is "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," an extra chapter that was bundled with the 10th Anniversary edition of Wonderful Everyday. The second epilogue is "Down the Rabbit Hole I," which takes on new meanings when read after the events of "Jabberwocky II."
