Tsukasa Wakatsuki (若槻 司, Wakatsuki Tsukasa) is a childhood friend of Yuki Minakami and is the twin sister of Kagami Wakatsuki.

Tsukasa is not a real person. In truth, Tsukasa is fictional character that Takuji Mamiya uses to hide the existence of his younger sister, Hasaki Mamiya, from the second version of Yuki Minakami. Specifically, Tsukasa is used to veil Hasaki herself while Kagami is used to veil Hasaki's rabbit doll.

- Like her sister, Tsukasa's name is taken from Tsukasa Hiiragi from Lucky Star. Her surname is taken from Kotomi Wakatsuki from Tsui no Sora. However, in-game her surname is taken from a store called Wakatsuki at which Tomosane and Hasaki first saw the rabbit doll.
